The Emirates Concorde Hotel offers a comfortable stay with a nice room, good bed, and a beautiful view of the city and the creek. There are also over 1000 TV channels, which is impressive. The hotel has a variety of restaurants both within the property and nearby, providing plenty of dining options. The staff, particularly Ali Asgar and Rafique, are cooperative, helpful, and provide excellent service. the facilities are good and the hotel is conveniently located between Dubai Shopping Mall and Old Dubai, with restaurants and a metro station within walking distance. The hotel is also Indian-friendly, with staff members who speak Hindi.
Felt like a fairy tale, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff, from the concierge to the manager, were extremely friendly and caring. They did their best to fulfill our requests. The location of this place was fantastic, as it was situated in a central area, like a mall, making it convenient for us to explore and shop. The room amenities were amazing, especially the room service and the in-room air conditioning. We loved the dining restaurant, which offered halal food and a great selection of continental breakfast. The staff provided an excellent service. The leisure facilities were top-notch, with a fitness studio and an outdoor swimming pool.

Roomy and well-decorated room, offering terrific views of the city skyline. The breakfast spread was impressive with a great variety of foods. The shuttle service to the nearby attractions was an added bonus. Although in the bustling part of the city, the hotel was quiet and serene.
The air conditioning in the room took a long time to cool down, and the bathroom lighting was somewhat dim. The pool area was crowded during peak hours.
